Chocolate Fudge Pie

If you are in the mood for something sweet, this chocolate fudge pie recipe is just what you need! This pie is a classic in the South like grandma used to make! It’s rich and decadent with cocoa powder, evaporated milk, sugar, and more!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. butter (½ stick)
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in sugar and cocoa powder and mix well.
  5. Add eggs and stir mixture. Do not beat.
  6. Stir in evaporated milk and vanilla.
  7. Pour into pie crust and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Then reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue cookings for 20-25 minutes, until crust is brown.
