Ingredients

- 2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns, defrosted slightly
- 10.5 oz. can of cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- ½ cup yellow onion or green onions, chopped
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup butter, melted
- salt & pepper to taste
- bacon pieces, optional
- cornflakes, optional
- 1 jalapeño, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and stir to combine.
- Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Optional: add crushed corn flakes to the top for an added crunch.
- Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
