Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Chop or shred the chicken or pull off of a rotisserie chicken.
Combine chicken and 6 ounces of the barbecue sauce in a mixing bowl.
Line a rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil or spray with cooking spray, if choosing.
Place tortilla chips in a single layer and then pour chicken evenly over top.
Then top with onions and bacon crumbles.
Top with shredded cheese and remaining barbecue sauce.
Bake about 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Top with diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, chopped cilantro, sour cream, avocado or any other of your favorite nacho toppings.
