Cheeseballs are always a hit at parties and family gathers, and this pineapple bacon cheese ball will be one people may not have tried before. They will ask for it again and again once they do.

Ingredients

cream cheese
softened

crushed pineapple
drained

crispy, cooked bacon
(reserve some for the outside of the ball)

green onions
finely chopped

fresh jalapeño

chopped pecans

Instructions
Mix all ingredients
except
pecans, parsley and reserved bacon in a mixing bowl using a hand mixer, if you have one. Combine well.
Roll into one big ball or several little balls and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Before serving, roll ball in chopped pecans, parsley and reserved bacon. Serve with your favorite crackers.
