Instructions
Finely dice up the tomato, pepper, jalapeño, onion, peaches and cilantro.
Place into a medium-sized serving Bowl.
Toss with the lime juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips.
