Instructions
Brown the protein and drain the excess grease, if needed.
Reduce the heat and add half and half, Velveeta cheese and pepper jack cheese.
Stir continuously until the cheeses are melted.
Add beans, cilantro, tomatoes and green chilies and onion.
Stir until well combined.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
