1large head broccolicut into florets

Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and cornstarch. Set aside.
Heat a large pot of water until boiling. Drop the broccoli into the water once boiling and cook for 3-4 minutes, until bright green. Remove from water and set aside.
Add beef and onions to the pan and cook until just before the beef is done. Drain excess fat.
Add sauce and broccoli to the meat and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve over rice with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
