Once the ultimate in veggies kids refuse to eat, we all know Brussels sprouts finally became popular in recent years, especially in restaurants. This garlic parmesan Brussels sprouts recipe is my favorite to make at home.
Rinse the Brussels sprouts in a bowl of water, then dry and trim the ends and halve lengthwise.
Pat the Brussels sprouts dry and pour into a large mixing bowl. Add the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese and toss to coat evenly.
Pour the brussel sprouts onto a large baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through through so the other side gets crispy. Bake until slightly browned.
