Ingredients

rotisserie chicken or shredded chicken

buffalo sauce

ranch dressing

shredded Mozzarella cheese

shredded Cheddar cheese

King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

Tablespoons
butter
melted
½
teaspoon
garlic salt
chopped fresh parsley
optional topping
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 × 13-inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and garlic salt. Set aside.
Mix the chicken, ranch, half of the cheeses, and buffalo sauce in a large bowl.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottoms in the baking dish.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the top of the bottom rolls.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
Place the top half of the rolls back on the bottom rolls and brush the melted garlic butter on the tops generously.
Bake for 15 minutes covered with foil and then 5 minutes without foil.
If desired, sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy while hot!
