cans of "gold and white" corn
drained

drained and rinsed

Dressing Ingredients

extra virgin olive oil

apple cider vinegar

powdered sugar
Instructions
Combine corn, beans, green onions and feta cheese in a bowl.
Mix the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl until well combined, or reuse the feta cheese container to save on dirty dishes.
Pour the dressing over the corn and bean mixture. Stir to evenly coat.
Serve with corn chips, preferably Fritos corn chips.
