Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners and set aside.
Cook the sausage over medium-high heat in a saucepan until no longer pink and drain excess grease.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and then add in the cheese, green onions and Bisquick.
Stir in the cooked sausage until well combined.
Fill each muffin tin about ¾ of the way full.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
