beef flank steak

Instructions
In a large ziplock bag add flank steak pieces and cornstarch. Shake to coat and then place steak pieces in the slow cooker.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over beef.
Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-5 hours. Stir once halfway through. Meat should be tender.
Serve over rice and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For a lighter option, serve in lettuce cups.
