Saltines
or 11 ounces Mini Saltines

unsalted butter
melted (1 stick)

Ranch dressing mix

crushed red pepper flakes

teaspoon
onion powder

teaspoon
garlic powder
Instructions
Spray a baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Put Saltines in a large gallon-sized bag.
Melt butter in a small bowl, then add dry Ranch dressing, crushed red pepper flakes, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well.
Pour the butter mixture into the bag with the Saltines. Close the bag and gently shake and turn upside down until all crackers are coated.
Allow them to soak in the mixture while you preheat the oven to 250 degrees F. (You can even let them soak overnight.)
When ready, pour saltines on the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Let the crackers cool completely and enjoy! Store at room temperature in an airtight container for about a week.
