Who doesn’t love a steaming baked potato piled high with your favorite fixings? Every occasion isn't exactly the best for a full-on potato bar, so here’s an alternative that’s just as good in its own way: loaded baked potato dip.

Instructions
Set aside some bacon, chives and cheese for a garnish.
Mix the sour cream and cream cheese together.
Add all other ingredients and stir well.
Refrigerate at least a couple of hours or overnight. Top with more chives, bacon and cheese when ready to serve.
Serve with waffle fries, potato chips or celery.
