Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish.
Spread the lemon curd evenly into the baking dish.
Cut the cream cheese into little cubes and place in a single layer over top of the lemon curd.
Next, sprinkle cake mix evenly over top.
Cut cold butter cubes or slices and arrange evenly on top of cake mix.
Bake 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving with whipped cream or ice cream.
