bow tie pasta

sliced black olives
or 1 cup Kalamata olives

marinated artichoke hearts

drained and sliced

Instructions
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain, rinse and set aside in the refrigerator until ready to use.
While the pasta cooks, start chopping and slicing the other ingredients.
Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl and toss with zesty Italian dressing
Top with some fresh black pepper and pepperoncinis, if desired.
