quick cooking grits

cream cheese

shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
In a large saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil in high heat.
Add grits slowly, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
Reduce the heat to low and cover. Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until desired consistency.
Add cream cheese cubes, cheddar cheese, butter and garlic powder to the grits and stir until well combined.
Enjoy while warm!
