butterscotch chips

creamy peanut butter

chow mein noodles

mini chocolate Easter egg candies
Instructions
Line two baking sheets with wax paper. Set aside.
In large saucepan over low heat, melt the butterscotch chips and peanut butter together until smooth.
Remove from heat and add in chow mein noodles and stir until evenly coated.
Drop 3-Tablespoon sized piles onto the prepared baking sheet.
Use the back of the cookie scoop to create a "nest" on the top of the cookie.
Add 3 mini eggs to the top of the treat before it dries.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set. Enjoy!
