cooked chicken
grilled, fried or rotisserie

chopped romaine lettuce

Caesar dressing

freshly grated Parmesan cheese

favorite croutons
Salt and pepper to taste

large flour tortillas
or 6 medium flour tortillas
Instructions
Cube the chicken.
Lay tortillas out on a flat surface.
Toss all other ingredients together in a bowl until evenly coated in dressing.
Using tongs, place Caesar salad mixture in the middle of each tortilla. Fold middle in, and roll up. To serve, cut in half and secure with toothpick.
