Ingredients

butterscotch chips

creamy peanut butter

Chow Mein noodles

mini marshmallows
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Set aside.
In large saucepan over low heat, melt the butterscotch chips and peanut butter together until smooth.
Add in marshmallows and chow mein noodles and stir until everything is coated evenly.
Drop 3-Tablespoon sized piles onto the prepared baking sheet with a cookie scoop. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
