boneless skinless chicken breasts
cut into 1-inch pieces

sliced bacon
cut into thirds

packed brown sugar

chili powder
1/8 -1/4
teaspoon
cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a sheet pan with foil and place a wire rack on top. Generously coat the rack with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, chili powder, cayenne, salt and pepper.
Roll the 1-inch cut pieces of chicken in the seasonings and then wrap each with a bacon strip. Secure with a toothpick.
Place on the sheet pan with a wire rack and sprinkle extra brown sugar over the tops.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and chicken is cooked through.
