This ham and cheese sliders recipe is the easiest dish to make for a potluck! It's super easy to make and works perfectly as a quick bite. With the sweetness of the Hawaiian rolls, both kids and adults will love them - there's never any leftover! Just a tip- I recommend doubling the recipe to make sure we have plenty to go around.
Slice the rolls in half. I turn the whole thing of rolls on its side and slice them all together.
Layer ham and cheese on bottom half of the rolls and replace the tops of the rolls.
In saucepan, combine butter, poppy seeds, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dried minced onions and brown sugar.
Heat over medium heat until butter is melted all of the ingredients are mixed together.
Place all of the sliders in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Pour or brush on the butter mixture evenly over top of all the sliders.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes is done, remove the foil and bake another 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are browned.
Serve hot! Enjoy!
Notes
To save time, don't separate the rolls before you slice them. Turn the whole set of rolls on it's side and slice them all together. Then separate them and place the ham and cheese inside.
